Works perfectly, I set it brew while I’m closing down the kitchen and drink it after my nightly shower. Went to bed comfortably and woke up relaxed. I’m a very anxious individual, a working mom, and a TBI survivor… I have a lot of things working against me but this tea??? I really love it!
